I’ve an issue related to my soundcore life p2i as I cannot see it on the soundcore application, I’ve tried several times to paid to be able to activate the noise cancellation feature.
Also I’ve tried to contact the Egyptian is on the app but it’s not working.

No life p2i on the app. If for some reason it did not find your device, you can do a manual search and will see the p2i are not on there.
If you miss typed and it is not finding you can contact Service@soundcore.com for additional help
Okay fine, I’ve tried but I cannot found it as well. I will contact the support.
something else I would like to ask about, the noise cancellation option is only avail through the app software? or I can do it through anyway else
