Hi one of my over ear headphone’s cushions ripped and i’m wondering how to remove it so i can replace it without ruining the headphone.

Not easy because these are glued on a “plastic board”.
This and the cushion can be taken off so far I known.
May be there is a possibility to remove the worn out and replace it by glueing the new ones.
