I purchased anker soundcore life q20 headphones a month ago and have noticed a 0.5 second lag when using bluetooth in audio when watching video. This is very noticeable when watching movies/tv shows when you see the actors move their lips and the you hear what they say about 0.5 seconds later. It’s quite annoying as you can expect.
Has anyone else suffered this issue, and if so, how can I fix this?
Transmitting audio over Bluetooth always has a slight lag. It takes time for the audio to transmit.
If you use the YouTube app, then the app should delay the video to match the audio. Have you tried that?
I’ve just been using the Youtube website. I’ve also noticed this issue when watching netflix too, when I switch to my apple airpods, I have no such issue.

I believe Apple will add a delay to any video you watch (as long as you use an apple device).
There’s nothing soundcore can do to get rid of lag, it’s just part of Bluetooth
