Hello, when I connect the soundcore q30 through the 3.5 connector to a computer, they turn off and do not let me turn it on. Is it like that or is there some fault or configuration that should be applied?

Hah, just unboxed mine, same problem ! Is there a fix for that ? It’d greatly diminish the value for me if the NC wasn’t working in cable mode.
There are a few different threads that talk about this. Use the magnifying glass in the top right corner to search.
In wired mode they work like a wired pair of headphones, meaning they play the signal fed to them. If you want the extra functions you will need to use your Bluetooth Headphones via Bluetooth.
