Soundcore Motion Boom USB-C to -C charging?

There is a USB-A out port for charging other devices. Also a USB-C in. Is this USB-C port also able to charge other devices?

I do not have but will assume the c is for charging that device only but will let those who had it verify that.

The soundcore site has a new help center that may also have that answer

I suppose the USB-C is only for charging the speaker not usable as pb.
