Soundcore motion plus stop playing for a second

While scrolling on youtube we know that videos get played without sound means whenever any youtube videos gets played without any sound while we scroll… videos during this time my motion plus get stop playing music for a second…is there bt connection or internet connection problem i have faced this problem from the beginning…
