Hello. I bought the Q10 Soundcore, but the only thing that works is my right earpiece. Can anyone tell me why?
Other than are you using the cable or not. If you are using the cable make sure it is plugged in. If not, I would contact email@example.com
I think it’s a dud so you should contact service as @Duane_Lester suggested
I have the same problem, the left side just stopped working … Any suggestions? Could you solve it?
Try to lose connection,
try to restart the head phones
Try to reconnect.
Make sure any updates or fully charged (as I do not think those have updates, right)
If still nothing, I would contact to see if firstname.lastname@example.org can help with a replacement pair
