the headphones "soundcore life q10 " it’s mic is not working with the online classes(zoom and google meet ) “while in bluetooth” when I open(turn on the mic) in the zoom or the google meet “in laptop” it starts to make some weird sound, but for hearing purpose there is no issue but it works totally well with the mobile and with the aux cable only problem with “bluetooth connection with the laptop only while using it’s mic” it’s a weird sound starts until the I turn it off
please can u give a solution for that it’s happening with me since 4 days

When you pair it to your laptop it connects as a headphone and you need it to pair as a headset. That way the mic works.
Check your sound settings and see what your q10 are labeled as on your laptop.

If you are trying to use the hands free option, may be having issues with background noise kicking out the mic.
Similar issue, I think , from another user w/ different earbuds.
Please check below link, as how to change your audio device. I’d suggest using headphones for listening and laptop for the mic.
