So I have been using my q20 headphones for a while now and I have never had this issue. My headphones are cutting out only when connected to my PC I never have them cut out on my phone or other devices. Now I have tried to see if this is a blue tooth problem with my PC but it is not. I have connected my Flare 2 speaker to my PC and there was no audio cut outs. If anyone could help thanks. *

The only thing that comes to mind is Resetting the Q20. You can also try contacting Support since they (Soundcore) doesn’t seem to visit the Forum anymore.
