Soundcore Q20 NC problems

Hello

Last week I bought a Q20 the main reason was the noise cancelling. The problem is when I swith the NC on the right speaker starts making this boom noise it’s like when you are traveling at 60mph and open the window It’s unbearable.
Is this just mine or has anyone got similar problems with the Q20?
Any suggestions welcome.

My Q20s ANC works good… when ANC on with no ambient sound and not sound/music playing… I can hear soft white noise through them… But nothing like what you are experiencing.

Hello. Is there a way to stop NC from starting automatically when Q20 is powered on (from off)?
