Hello, I bought q30 recently. And, I got the item today.
And, I connected to my cellphone and PC through Bluetooth.
But, I cannot connect q30 to PC through AUX cable. When I tried to connect, the q30 is automatically turned off.
How can I connect to PC through wired connection?
It should still work. Play something and wear them. The power and all audio quality is set from the PC. You will lose all the functions bar acting as a “dumb” headphones. So you will lose microphone, control, EQ, ANC, etc.
The Q35 work better wired than Q30. Plenty of threads if you search.

Try to click on the sound area on the pc and see what the default device is and if it can be changed to the q30. Can not try to simulate as away from house. Would check previous comments first
I just plugged my Q30’s into the Headphone jack (via the 3.5mm cord) on my Dell Desktop and they work fine.
I suggest to reset headphones and try again.
