The right ear piece has very little volume. Any suggestions

I would try to wiggle the wire as you are wearing it near the earbud or near the controls. If the sound increases, it may be a loose wire. I would contact service@soundcore.come for a potential warranty replacement.

I would probably turn them off and on as well. I would first disconnect BT , and reconnect them first to see if that resolved it. (if the wired earbud has a sort of reset, I would do that first)
