I got a soundcore strike 3 early this year as a birthday gift and I loved using it till some days ago it stopped working normally. Instead of showing up as soundcore strike 3, it shows up as “USB PnP Audio” and now has breaks in the sound. The app doesn’t seem to recognize it anymore and now I’m getting frustrated. because it is all I have. Please help me

Have you done the basic things such as restart the pc or reinstalled the app?
I have. I even inserted it into 2 other PC’s
