Soundcore Vortex left cup not working over bluetooth

Hello,

Out of nowhere the left cup of my Soundcore Vortex headphones no longer works over bluetooth. It works fine over audio jack, but this is useless to me. I’ve tried it on different apps and different devices and the problem remains.

I’ve had the headphones for over 2 years, so any help or suggestions to fix this would be appreciated.

What about a reset?
Already done?

That seems odd. I wonder if each cup has it’s own receiver. Reset is the only thing that comes to mind to ma as well.
