Soundcore VR P10 Not connecting to blue tooth

Fresh out of package, have ear buds in, opened case, held back button or 3 seconds nothing…
Nothing can pair to it, the light never changes colour. Been stuck for two hours and nothing working…

Make sure the buds are charged.
As far I know you have to remove a “tape” to uncover the pins before charging

I am having the same problem, but find no tape covering the pins. Have been charging since last night, and still nothing. Is there a product support chat?

This place is not the support, though some are thinking it would be.
Some of us did that kind of support job eagerly here in the past,
but now, because this forum (private users) is neglected by soundcore,
there is no more need for us “free helpers” to do this. :laughing:

Acting this way, the support has to be done by the real “support” :wink:

Try a different cable or cord if it not working.

I would say most regulars do not have these and support is the best bet.

Glad I was able to find this thread, as this solved my problem also! I don’t recall seeing anything in the setup about removing the blue tape on the pins.
