I bought space A40 couple of weeks back. I noticed s strange distruption noise in headphones when I am listening to any podcast or talking to someone one the phone. It is apparent when i am listening to someone speak. There is small bang noise when they speak and it occurs every second. I am not sure what is causing this. Can anyone help?

I’ve not seen that mentioned by anyone else (or it’s not a common comment) so my guess is you probably have a bad unit and should swap them.
Before you launch into replacement process make sure you’ve reset the buds and paired again, at least twice. You won’t get anywhere with support until you’ve done that.
They don’t tend to work (much) over weekends so be tolerant of a wait for response til Monday.
