Spirit Dot 2 Earpiece accessories

I have lost one of the thin rubber pieces that goes around the earbud. I presume it’s there to help with waterproofing, or maybe just to smooth the edges of the earbud where it sits in the ear.

I need to be able to purchase spares of this piece. Does anyone know where I can buy these?

Contact support and they can help you either purchase them or point you in the right direction

As tank said I would reach out to support you can email them at service@soundcore.com and ask if they can sell you a replacement. I would also be careful using them until you get an answer
