I have had those since they came out and have not had that issue but will say that I get a hard time connecting them sometimes.

I legit just created an account to say that I was having this issue and cleaning with 90% isopropyl rubbing alcohol worked for me. I had fallen asleep with them in my ear and the next morning the right bud audio was super quiet. I was about to pull the trigger on another set, but am so glad I found this thread :+1:

Out of box thinking i did was melt the wax with a lighter held below the tip of the earbud. Works like new lol i didnt want to remove anything i couldn’t put back
