Static with Life Q20 Earphones

I have static when I try to watch a video on a website or on YouTube but taking a call over Zoom is fine. I have a Macbook so I can’t download firmware for it. Any suggestions?

Try going to the BT setting and click the cog wheel and turn on the audio setting.
