There a few recurring issues within the Anker and Soundcore communities. A very common issue is Windows 10 microphone issues.
The root cause fault is not Soundcore’s error but Soundcore can cure the issue by selling a recommended USB-A bluetooth dongle which does not use the default drivers that Windows selects.
A fix is to sell a USB-A bluetooth dongle which forces selection of a driver which uses the microphone from the headset profile with the media profile from the headphone profile.
MS will never allow. 
If so, what would be our job here?
No more sly hints? 
I do not think I could get past all of them saying “my dongle is not working… Can you help me” 
If you offer a non-standard piece of hardware it forces you to specific drivers which Soundcore could supply and have default settings tuned for Soundcore - bitrate etc.
Eufy issues and Soundcore bluetooth issues are the dominant ones across whole Anker.
Well I wonder if support will tell them where to stick their dongle?
Interesting idea. That does seem like it would solve a lot of problems people encounter.
