Upgrade not working.

Cannot upgrade the firmware. The first problem was with the connection, which was solved,but now there seems to be some kind of error.

What is the error message? A link below is how to link device to app. You have to link device with phone then device to app.

From that point, you can update the device. I think that is in there as well.

If the two buds are not paired, upgrade fails. This issue is when you didn’t accept the L pairing.

Delete pairing, turn off Bluetooth.
If Android clear cache via either reboot to recovery, wipe cache, boot, OR settings, app, system, Bluetooth, force stop, reboot. If iPhone just reboot.

Reset the buds.

Take right bud out, pair with it, then it will immediately offer the L bud to accept, accept it.

Uninstall and install the app (or force stop wipe cache wipe data).

Go to app and find your buds (headphones, liberty, air 2) remember to not connect to similar names products. Connect.

Firmware should then work.
