Very Choppy/Bad Audio

Hello,
I have the SoundCore Q20 and use it on my laptop for meetings and streaming sites. The sound in meetings is fine, but the sound from streaming sites such as Sling or ESPN, is terrible: It’s extremely choppy and basically unusable. My internet speed is good (>100Mbps), I have the latest drivers, and my system is up to date. Please advise,

Windows 10?

Nose around in settings, devices, there is a bit rate there. Ensure you’re using headphone, not headset.
