Please give us the ability to control the volume on the Transparency mode, this will help out many people with bad hearing.

Do not think the transparency mode is made to help with bad hearing. If you want to request that you can contact service@soundcore.com
Apple airpod pro anc actually help with mild hearing, which I have tested myself. Even though I can’t control the volume on it but the surrounding and voice was a lot clearer then my original hearing.
