Where can I find my device's serial number?

I have a Life Q20 and am looking to claim the $30 bonus towards the new headphones. Where can I find the serial number?

I don’t the the Q20s are currently in the app. I know my Q10s aren’t.

However I recall sometime back somebody indicating the serial number may exist on the metal band of the headphones.

Here is a photo of my Q10s, and note the writing is on the other band…I didn’t take a phot of the actual printing :flushed: it was on the left band on the inside once fully “expanded”.

As I get older, I find the numbers on the band does not do me well with the fine print. LOL I have to take a picture and then zoom it sometimes LOLOL

I purchased a set of Life Q20 twenty days ago… I don’t see anywhere to register them as I would like to receive a $30 bonus for a pair of new Headphones.
If someone knows, I sure would appreciate the info
(I would like to give these awesome Q20 to my sister and get the Q30… so a discount would sure help)
