They look a lot like each other. But the branding is quite more elegant in the Q10’s.
I can only write about the Q10’s since those are the one I own. They are fantastic!

I own the Q10’s too, and I couldn’t agree more. Bass is great, it was through these headphones that I discovered that I was a basshead.
