I received and installed my new AeroFit Pro today.
A firmware update was installed during installation.
After pairing with a laptop HP Elitebook x360 G8 (direct / Bluetooth) or with a Bluetooth dongle on the laptop (Jabra Link 380), I have very poor sound when listening to music.
It sounds very tinny, like in a can or under water.
Telephony software on the laptop works with good sound!
Other headsets work with both options.
I use Win10.
When I pair the AeroFit Pro directly with my iPhone I get very good sound.
No sound has been changed or EQ has been set in the Soundcore app.
What else can you adjust to improve the sound?
Are the AeroFit Pro not compatible with PC or Bluetooth dongles?
