Suddenly, the microphone of my earphones switched to my phone. When I speak, the sound is picked up by my phone and not the earphones.
- I didn’t perform any particular update on Android
- I’m using Android, Soundcore app 3.6.2
- The earphones’ firmware is 07.14
- I reset the earphones (10sec), paired them from my phone’s Bluetooth and from the app.
- I tried with another phone.
This is the second model that does this to me.
