NC goes in and out

I just got the sport x20, imbjust curious does anyone else have an issue with the NC going in and out. And the wind cancel not working very well. I really like ear buds but it’s kind of annoying when it’s sounding great and then all of a sudden I hear all the ambient noise and then it goes back to nc
