P40i mute whilst on calls

Hi there, Is it possible to mute the mic whilst on a phone, zoom or teams call, using the buds? Thanks.

You phone should have a mute button and the zoom/team calls should have mute as well but there is probably not a button to mute them using them specifically for each.

I know some buds should have the ability to set the controls functions but I do not think there is a mute function within the control area.
