I bought my soundcore life q30 almost 7 months ago and it has one major con which is when i open the mic in any app like zoom, discord or even in game chat the sound quality of the headphones become terrible and not even usable just to make the voice of whoever im talking to better! I cant take this any more does anybody know how to disable this feature?
