Can anyone recommend an earbud that is best for someone who often has ear infections.

Soundcore has some areofit that do not sit in the ears. They did have sunglasses but for some reason did not continue with those (speakers were near hears and is similar to bone conduction
I know some other brands like shockz (wrong spelling) do use what is called bone conduction( sound vibrates near ear to listen to the music to listen and not necessarily in the the ears
