ANC not working good after update

Hi!
I bought liberty pro 3 in last week. ANC was working brilliant after connect to windows. Later that day, I connected to my phone and update earbuds by application(04.96). After that, ANC is working really bad. There is only small difference between normal and ANC mode. Fitting test say’s it’s good isolation all the time. What can I do about it? I bought liberty pro 3 thinking mainly about ANC.

Make sure when swapping between devices you turn the buds off then on via putting both in case and close case and leave there for seconds.

I still haven’t received that update. I wonder if it was location dependent (EX - Europe).

I’m in the USA. I’ve see talk of that update for well over a month and still nothing here.
