Hi, my Anker Soundcore motion plus is connected fine to my phone, but when i connected to my laptop Samsung Book3 it is not recognized as audio device, only connected as Bluetooth device but not as audio device, i tried to reset the speaker but the result is still the same, nothing works.
i noticed when i go to System - sound - all sound devices - properties (Headphone Soundcore Motion+) , in General tab / Audio : there is Allow apps and windows to use this device for audio . i cannot press the allow button.
please help me to solve this problem.
