Does anyone have the broken slider Life Q30. The guarantee doesn’t repair the broken part and offer me to buy a New Life Q30 with the same money on the market. I can not reach the service managers. I feel like cheated by the providers in Turkey.

Hello, I have the same problem in Greece,
They are broken on the arms. I bought 2 for me and my wife and both had the same problem
The warranty is only 18 months and there is no replacement parts
Probably will never buy them again 
Mine broke at the same place too.
