I have a hard time picturing them being more cost effective. That is never apple’s space.

I hear you on that. I can see them doing a speaker, but definitely not cost effective compared to Amazon.

Like the kindle vs iPad. They might do it better, but not cheaper.
Nice to see apple attempt to get in on the action, and no doubt the fandom will drive business. But me thinks a bit late to the market to really be ale to get significant share.
Apple is good at doing business @TheSnarkyOne you never know what plans they have. Not saying they are failed in the past too…
