Audio on Zoom calls going robotized

Hey there,

I’ve been having an issue with my LifeQ30, which seems to be specifically with Zoom calls. After 10-20 minutes of using it, the audio goes robotized and I have to disconnect it and turn it off. Bluetooth of the computer will then not be able to reconnect to it, so I have to go ahead and also turn off the Bluetooth off and back in order for the computer to recognize it again.
My firmware are all updated though, not sure what is going on. Is it a common failure of LifeQ30? This is really annoying as I have to go stop a working meeting and use the computer microphone and audio, otherwise, it just takes a lot of time to get it working properly again.
