I’m dealing with a battery issues with one of my air2 pros ,one of them is getting drained really really fast it was almost off while the other one was more than90% if not full…how do i fix this?

Do the obvious steps first.
Clean the case and bud pins with isopropyl alcohol, and let them dry.
Connect power to case, buds in case, case closed, leave for hours.
While case still connected to power, follow the reset instructions, then wait a few minutes.
Delete pairing, reboot phone, pair.
If the fault persists then contact support for warranty.

I agree with @The_Professor.
I would guess that one of them isn’t charging to full capacity or it’s battery is shot.

Once again the boys to the rescue , I was always told to clean my connection ad charging ports when I was not getting a good charge most times it does the trick
