So it’s been a year+ and I’ve decided to try the wakey again,plugged it in and the blue light constantly flashes still. I certainly won’t be recommending Soundcore products as they’re shoddy and the lack of replacement or refund is ludicrous given that they confirmed it was a faulty unit! Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with!
