The right earphone on my Q20i has begun making a sort of loud almost buzzing sound whenever it’s set to ANC. I’m not really sure how to describe it, but it’s only on one side, gives me a headache, and it’s very annoying! I’ve tried resetting it, and I plan on calling support on monday. I’m curious if anyone’s found a solution to this though?
