Can't connect my Soundcore life q30 headset to my PC

Hi,

I’m unable to connect my headset to my PC. I can see my headset when I search for it but when I click on the device, the headset won’t connect to my PC.

Can anyone help?

Hi, I’m having some issues with my Soundcore Life P2. I can’t connect it with my Surface Pro 7. Experienced this also with my other PC, anyone having the same issue? How do I fix this?

Don’t search for Q30 specific threads apart from how to reset them, it’s a search for Windows Bluetooth connection.

Whichever thread fixes it for you then reply in that thread so it makes it easier for the next person.

Agreed. May want to check what kind of PC as I think there was something with some Apple products and connecting (unsure if it was the q30.)

Issue specific to Q30 is has multipoint but cannot connect to older bluetooth versions after connecting to newer versions, for my PC i had to disable my phone’s bluetooth, reboot headphones (turn off, on) then could pair with PC.

It’s been asked and replied so many times really need the search to do it’s job better. So invest in using search and reply to best thread so it’s found faster next time.
