Charging & hearing problem to opposite person

Since last 2 months i am facing two problems,

  1. Left ear bud in not charging perfectly.
  2. My voice can’t hear perfectly opposite person.
    Please kindly solve these issues.

Cleaning of contacts on earbuds and charging case could help with the first issue. Use isopropyl alcohol.

true, and cleaning may also help with the 2nd problem if the microphone is gunked up.

2nd problem may also be related to a bad pairing where the buds mic isn’t being used so delete pairing and reset buds may also help.
