Charging issue with liberty 2 pro

do i need to turn them off in order to charge.

Just put them in the case and close it, they will turn off automatically

What’s it doing? Are they not turning off and starting charge cycle? We need more details.

They turn off when you put them in the case and close it.

As started once in the case they start to charge as needed and go off.
