Charging problems

Hi, my soundcore rave speaker is not charging.
Please help me out with this problem.

You can try to do a few things:

  1. Reset speaker. Follow the link and in FAQ section you will see how to do this

  2. Try another cable
  3. Try another charger
  4. If it’s fully discharged, try to charge using USB port of your computer or TV. It can start charging in a couple of hours

I would try the above things first.

I want to know is it a new speaker or an older one. How long have you had it? Did anything happen to it before it started to act up?

I would also look in the port to make sure it looks clear as dust and dirt can cause issues. Also change outlets you use to charge as well and see it that has any change

Regarding your issue, please try the following steps to see if it helps:

  • Use a pin to reset your speaker to see if it helps at all (see the photo as attached as the reset hole).
  • Try another charging cable if it is possible (the power input for Soundcore Rave is 100V-240V AC, 50~60Hz).A3391%20Reset%20hole
