I have recently bought Soundcore Life Q35, I have observed that when I am watching a video (e.g Linkedin Learning) and notification pops up, video mutes for 2 seconds.
Also if I am in meeting and I have to make test calls using a softphone on the same device, I can not hear anything from the softphone.
I have tried going through application settings and I can not find anything relevant. Can someone please help with this?
