Where do I find the EQ on the app?

Manually adjusted? There is no preset at all

I found it! It’s on the Soundcore app. Check that your device is showing up. Then click on the blue circle when you’re playing something. This will bring up presets and also custom. Click on custom and you can move all the treble points and bass points around.
