Flare 2 is shutting down at 50% battery

I have 6 of these speakers and I’m experiencing the same issue. Seems to happen to any speakers that are less than 50% volume

I sent the speaker back and they sent me a new one.
On first try, it worked.
But i have no use for it in the winter.
So i cant say it for shure that this one has not the same issue.

Any of the speakers that are below 50% battery and you turn the volume above 50% they shutdown and restart

In your case, please try the following steps to see if it help:

  • Fully charging the speaker with different cables and wall chargers until the slow flash white power light becomes solid white.
  • Holding the Bluetooth and Volume+ buttons for 2s-8s, after resetting, the speaker will turn off, and then turn on by itself
