Having an Issue with New Liberty 2's

So I got these two days ago and my left one does not seem to connect properly, I used the app to separate them over Bluetooth and the left one doesn’t light up and I can’t even use the app properly now. It also will not shut off when I close them in the case. Before someone asks yes its charged so that shouldn’t be the issue.

I have tried to reset it via the case and that hasn’t done anything. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also is there a way to reunite them so they’ll just go off the same Bluetooth connection?

Which headset do you have the liberty pro 2 or liberty air 2?

Also can you get them both to show up in the app?

Delete the Bluetooth pairing from your phone and try to reset the headset and reconnect them. When prompted to pair the other side to your phone you can choose not to.

Alright I can try that, just kind of weirded out since the left one doesn’t light up unless I hold down the button
