When I go to set up HEAR ID it keeps telling me to “make sure I’m not listening to any audio”. This is what all audio off and the soundcore app being the only app open. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled . ANC HEAR ID worked fine though.
Hear ID not working
Lose connection
Restart the phone
As it is restarting, you can reset the device as well
Reconnect and try again.
