They are just for doing activity on the site. It does not give you any bonus or anything. It is just fun things for just being active and completing certain activities.
Now any of those badges can be given out for any of your music interest (except for Influencer as that is given by admins)
I figured he was talking about the music Badge that comes up under your name.
Just post which one you would like and they will do it as soon as possible

If you show some activity by creating “useful” threads and comments you will get badges. 
If you mean such a “music badge” you can contact the support, they will create one for you.
