Here you go. I found it here in the FAQ’s:

  • How do I switch between ANC, Normal, and Transparency modes via the earbuds?
  1. Press the left/right earbud for 2 seconds to switch between ANC, Normal, and Transparency modes. The switching order is: ANC–>Transparency–>Normal.
  2. To customize any touch control, download the soundcore app and go to “Controls”.
